Award-winning New Zealand country artist Kaylee Bell will return to the UK this November, joining The Shires as support on their 13-date UK tour. The Waimate-born singer songwriter will appear at shows across the country, including dates in London, Manchester, Birmingham and Glasgow, as she continues to build her international career. Kaylee Bell joins The Shires UK tour Bell heads back to the UK following another significant year that has seen her achieve a series of career milestones across New Zealand, Australia and Nashville. Holding the title of Australasia’s Most Streamed Female Country Artist for five consecutive years, Bell has accumulated more than 100 million catalogue streams and has previously shared stages with Ed Sheeran, Keith Urban and Kane Brown. Her international breakthrough came with “Keith”, her tribute to Keith Urban. The track has surpassed 30 million streams on Spotify and generated more than 60 million views on TikTok. Bell celebrates international success In 2023, Bell became the only New Zealand artist to win a CMA Award when she received the Jeff Walker Global Country Music Artist Award in Nashville. Her recognition has continued in 2026. Earlier this year, Bell performed at the sold out Once In A Lifetime concert, which welcomed 37,000 people to the first ever show at Christchurch’s One New Zealand Stadium. She was also inducted into the NZ Gold Guitar Awards Hands of Fame, recognising her contribution to New Zealand country music. Bell subsequently received five Aotearoa Music Awards nominations, including Album of the Year and Best Country Artist. CMA Fest delivers another milestone Bell made further history in June when she became the first female artist from Australia or New Zealand to be featured on the CMA Close Up Stage. Her CMA Fest appearance in Nashville saw her take part in a special discussion hosted by Apple Music Country’s Ty Bentli. The achievement followed an increasingly international career that has taken Bell from her hometown of Waimate to some of country music’s biggest stages. “Boots N All” builds New Zealand success Bell’s recent achievements follow the success of her NZ Gold certified single “Boots N All”, which reached No. 1 on the NZ Hot Singles Chart. The song helped lead into her first headline New Zealand tour, which sold more than 10,000 tickets across 17 dates. Her album “Nights Like This” debuted at No. 1 on the New Zealand Album Chart, while her 2025 record “Cowboy Up” entered the Aotearoa Top 20 Album Chart at No. 2. Bell has also performed to large audiences at Australia’s CMC Rocks. “Me For Me” explores waiting for love Alongside her touring success, Bell has recently released her new single, “Me For Me”. Co-written with Phoebe Jasper and Tom Jordan, the track explores choosing to wait for the right relationship rather than settling for something that does not feel right. “We wrote it over summer while Phoebe was back from London, where she is a full time songwriter, and Tom was back from Nashville,” Bell explains. “We wanted to write a love song about waiting for your person so that you’re not settling for less. It’s basically about finding your person later in life after waiting, something a lot of my friends and women I know can relate to.” Bell says the song reflects the changing attitudes surrounding relationships and the pressure to find a partner. “It’s that age old story that, these days, you’re better off being on your own than settling and ending up disappointed.” Kaylee Bell returns to UK in November Bell will now bring her music back to British audiences when she joins The Shires for their 13 date UK tour this November.
