Liam Price releases new single Two Horse Town

UK country artist Liam Price has released his latest single, Two Horse Town, following a breakout run of UK tour dates earlier this year. Traditional country sound and collaboration Co-written with Ryan Evans, the track features Grammy-nominated musician Jenee Fleenor on fiddle. Fleenor is a five-time CMA Musician of the Year and ACM Specialty Instruments Player of the Year, known for her work with artists including George Strait, Blake Shelton and Jon Pardi. The song represents the most traditional country sound Price has explored to date, combining classic instrumentation with a strong narrative focus. Lyrically, the track explores themes of perseverance, adversity and resilience, centred around the idea that difficult periods are temporary and often lead to greater opportunities. The phrase “two horse town” reflects the feeling of being trapped in a dead end place while believing there is something larger ahead. The narrator speaks to his brother, sharing personal experiences and encouraging persistence through challenging times. Nashville debut at CMA Fest The release arrives ahead of Price’s debut appearance at CMA Fest in Nashville, where he will perform on the Tractor Supply Spotlight Stage on Saturday, June 6. He said: “As a UK country artist writing and performing original music, this is without doubt the biggest moment of my career so far. “Getting the chance to share my songs in Music City is something I’ve dreamed about for years.” Expanding UK country music career Price first gained recognition as the UK’s leading Luke Combs tribute act while also building his own career as an original country artist. In 2025, he released his debut EP, The Grass Ain’t Green, with tracks including Little Star of August and Bangor, ME receiving support from Absolute Radio Country. He was later named winner of The Long Road Festival’s Homegrown Talent competition, leading to his invitation to perform at CMA Fest in 2026.
