Top 500 2021 Terms And Conditions

ITEM 1: FEATURE

ITEM 2: PROMOTER

Chris Country Radio trading as Country Broadcasting Ltd

 (the “Promoter”).

ITEM 3: WEBSITE

www.chriscountry.co.uk (the “Website”).

ITEM 4: CHART VOTE START DATE AND FINISHING DATE

Start Date: 00:00 19^th JULY 2021;

End Date: 00:00 15^th AUGUST 2021

Any entries received before the Start Date or after the End Date (for whatever reason) will be invalid.

ITEM 5: COMPETITION CONTESTING DATES

Start Date: 00:00 19^th JULY 2021;

End Date: 00:00 15^th AUGUST 2021

ITEM 6: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS

• The Competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over at the date of their entry.
• Employees (and their family members) of the Promoter (or any company in the same group) or any company involved in the Competition, including the Prize Provider, are excluded from entering the Competition and their entries will not be considered.

ITEM 7: ROUTES OF ENTRY, VOTING TERMS AND COSTS

Vote for your favourite country song at chriscountry.co.uk/top 500.

Any entrant that meets the above criteria and fills in the required fields casting a vote at chriscountry.co.uk/top 500 will be in the draw to win a country prize pack.

A winner will be selected at random from all completed entries when the votes close at End 00:00 15^th AUGUST 2021

It’s Free to enter.

ITEM 8: JUDGING DETAILS

The prize winner will be one randomly selected from the persons who successfully voted during the stated times.

ITEM 9: DRAW DETAILS

The winner will be chosen by electronic random draw.

ITEM 10: WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

Winner will be announced on air during the all time top 500 countdown over the August bank holiday,  

ITEM 11: PRIZE DETAILS

A single prize consisting of the following will be awarded to the winner subject to the winner complying with all the terms and conditions applicable to the Competition:

A selection of country albums, Chris Country merchandise, concert tickets

ITEM 12: PRIZE PROVIDER

Chris Country will be providing the prizes.

The Promoter is not responsible for any aspect of the Prize, including unsatisfactory quality or late delivery.

ITEM 13: DATA PROETCTION

Entrants’ personal data (including telephone numbers and addresses will be collected by the Promoter and will be used to process entries. The Promoter will also provide winners’ names and contact details to the Prize Provider, solely for the purpose of arranging delivery of the prize.

By entering the Competition, participants consent to the storage and processing of their personal data as described here, which shall be strictly in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation.

Personal data may remain stored by the Promoter and the Prize Provider after the Competition has ended but will not be used for marketing purposes.

ITEM 14: OTHER CONDITIONS

• Only entries received in accordance with these Terms will be accepted.
• The Promoter has the right to disqualify participants if it reasonably believes participants have breached any of the Terms.
• The Promoter is not responsible for any costs associated with entering the Competition, including making phone calls or accessing the Website.
• In order to maintain the quality of the Promoter’s radio programming the chart will be compiled from a combination of votes and airplay (in the promoters sole discretion).
• If the promoter believes that votes are cast as part of a coordinated campaign the prompter reserves the right to remove votes cast.  
• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this feature if it is required to do so due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.
